Duluth Apartment Fire Kills One

A man died in an apartment fire in Duluth early this morning. The fire broke out in an eight-unit apartment building in the East Hillside neighborhood. Firefighters arrived at the scene at 631 East Third Street at about 2:30 AM. Tenants were able to get an unconscious man out of the unit where the fire had started. He was rushed to a local hospital where he later died. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
