Attorney Fred Pritzker was named to Minnesota Lawyer’s POWER 30 list, which recognizes 30 of the most influential personal injury lawyers in Minnesota. The POWER 30 list recognizes lawyers who have achieved significant recoveries in high-stakes cases and are respected leaders in the Minnesota legal community.
In addition to his work in fires and explosions and other injury cases, Fred was featured for his work in obtaining multi-million dollar recoveries for foodborne illness clients. Fred leads our team of food poisoning lawyers at Pritzker Hageman, which has been involved in virtually every foodborne illness outbreak in the country. Fred and his team have obtained some of the largest verdicts in history for clients sickened by E. coli and Salmonella food poisoning.
In an editorial published by the Star Tribune in February 2020, Fred said “The FDA needs to start putting the American consumer it is supposedly protecting first. If the FDA knows a grower has sold contaminated product, it needs to let the public know, too. And, it’s long past time for the FDA’s ‘suggested’ safeguards to become mandatory.”
