Georgetown Township Car Crash Kills Driver and Injures Passenger

The driver of an SUV died and her passenger was hospitalized after their vehicle was struck head-on in a car crash on Highway 75 in Georgetown Township. The crash happened shortly after 8:00 PM on Wednesday when the driver of a southbound pick-up truck, Nathan Thompson (45), crossed into the northbound lane and struck an SUV driven by Tamara Green (49). Both Thompson and Green died at the scene. A 74-year-old woman who was a passenger in Green’s SUV was hospitalized with injuries.
