A motorist struck and killed a young bicyclist in Monticello, MN on Wednesday. The crash happened at around 9:50 PM on Hwy. 25 near Kjellberg Court. The bicyclist, a 17-year-old boy, died when a car, driven by Carla M. Hemminger (25) of St. Cloud, hit him from behind.
