Semitrailer Rear-End Crash near Le Sueur, MN

A semitrailer rear-end crash near Le Sueur, Minnesota, killed a car passenger from Brooklyn Center, MN and injured the driver of the car. The semitrailer was a Peterbuilt.

According to the preliminary investigation by the Minnesota State Patrol, both the semitrailer and the car, a Hyundai Sonata, were traveling northbound on Highway 169 when they collided. Le Sueur Fire and Ambulance and MNDOT assisted on scene.

Independent Investigation to Gather Evidence for Lawsuit

This case is similar to one recently settled by attorneys Fred Pritzker and Eric Hageman, who have won millions for their clients and thereby held truck drivers and trucking companies accountable for wrongful death and personal injury caused by speeding or driving while distracted or impaired. In that case, there was an issue of fault, and Fred and Eric hired an accident reconstruction expert to help prove that the truck driver was at fault. They won over $2 million for their clients.

“We always do our own independent investigation of an accident involving a semitrailer,” said Fred. “This involves hiring expert forensic engineers and specialists to help us gather evidence and reconstruct the accident. We also obtain trucking company documents and interview the truck driver and others to determine how the accident happened and if federal or state regulations were violated.”

Fred and Eric help accident victims and their families, and they are not paid unless they win.
