“We are not sure at this time why the driver of the Chevrolet truck did not stop before entering the intersection. Many cases that we have handled involve distracted driving,” said Fred Pritzker, a Minnesota lawyer who represents accident victims nationwide in lawsuits against drivers, trucking companies, manufacturers and others. “Intersections are particularly dangerous, and extra caution should be used when approaching them, especially when driving a half-ton pickup truck.”

Attorney Fred Pritzker was named a “2011 Minnesota Attorney of the Year” for winning a complex Minnesota wrongful death accident case. He is listed in the current edition of The Best Lawyers in America. You can contact Fred for a free consultation here.
