Can I Sue?

If your loved one was injured or killed in a crash involving a Benchmark Logistics vehicle, you may have a personal injury or wrongful death claim against the trucking company. If you have a claim, you can sue the company for compensation, including amounts for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, disability, loss of quality of life and other damages.  Most of our clients choose to take legal action because:

  1. Filing a lawsuit against a trucking company may be the only way to find out the truth about the crash, including vehicle maintenance and driver history;
  2. Winning a substantial amount of money holds the company accountable for wrongdoing;
  3. The crash victim and his or her family should not be the ones to carry the financial burden.
