Biltmore Smoked Salmon Listeria Recall at Publix

Seven Seas International USA of St. Petersburg, FL has issued a Listeria recall for Biltmore Smoked Sockeye Salmon sold at Publix stores. Publix shoppers who recently purchased smoked salmon should check recall information carefully as Listeria can cause severe illness and death. Among pregnant women, Listeria can cause miscarriages and stillbirths.

The problem was discovered during routine testing by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. This is the third time since 2019 that Seven Seas smoked salmon has been recalled for Listeria.
