A head-on crash killed two pick-up drivers on Highway 23 in southwest Minnesota on Tuesday. The crash happened just before 6 a.m. in Rock County on Highway 23 in Springfield Township. Jacob Mulder (26) of Branson, S.D. and Matthew Crawford (44) of Slayton, Minn. both died in the crash. The state patrol says one driver was not wearing a seat belt but has yet to release information about which driver was on the wrong side of the road.
