Minnesota Bicycle Accident Lawyers
Our award-winning team of bicycle accident lawyers represents crash victims and families who lost a loved one. Fred Pritzker and Eric Hageman, who lead our team of bike accident lawyers, were named Minnesota “Attorneys of the Year” for achieving a significant recovery for a family with a wrongful death claim against a truck driver who killed their wife and mother in a bicycle crash.
As experienced cyclists themselves, Fred and Eric understand more than anyone the dangers that bicyclists face on the road. In Minnesota alone, there were 691 bicycle crashes in 2019. A new report by the CDC found that bicycle accidents result in the highest number of hospital visits for traumatic brain injury (TBI).
