Bicycle Crash Injures One in Baxter

A bicycle crash injured a 66-year-old woman in Baxter, Minn. on Tuesday afternoon. The crash happened just before 3 p.m. on the 13000 block of Memorywood Drive. A pick-up truck, driven by Scott Caswell (49) of Baxter, was driving south on Memorywood Drive when it collided with a tandem bicycle traveling north. Bobbie Telste (65) and Robert Telste (66), both of Alexandria, were riding on the bike. Robert was not injured but Bobbie suffered minor injuries. She was transported by ambulance to Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd. The truck driver was not injured.
