Propane Tank Explosion Burns 4 Employees in Logan County

Four mine employees suffered burn injuries in a propane tank explosion during a cookout at a mining site in Logan County, WV. The tank exploded at about 2:30 PM on Thursday during a cookout at the Greenbrier Mineral Saunders Prep Plant in the Buffalo Creek area. One of the employees was airlifted to Cabell Huntington Hospital. The three other workers were taken to Logan Regional Medical Center.
