Food Truck Explosion Injures 3 People in Wyoming

A food truck explosion in Afton, WY injured three people on Monday. Investigators say that a build-up of propane gas inside the trailer was the likely cause. The blast happened at about 8:30 AM when the Cowboy Cookin’ food trailer at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds caught fire. Two of the three people injured suffered serious burns. They were airlifted to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
