A head-on crash killed a woman in Trempealeau, WI on Thursday. Monica Knepper (57) died at the scene when a truck struck her vehicle head-on. The crash happened just before 5:00 AM on Highway 35 near Bemis Street. A preliminary investigation shows that a truck, driven by Micah Harris (39), crossed the centerline, striking Knepper’s vehicle head-on.
