A man from Buffalo, MN died in a head-on semi crash over the weekend. The crash happened on Saturday, April 20th, 2019 at around 11:45 A.M. on Highway 55 in Hennepin County. Steven Douglas Cullinan (49) died at the scene when a semi-truck traveling West crossed the median and struck his vehicle head-on. The semi-truck driver, Michael Wojciehowski, and his passenger Brian Anderson, suffered non-life threatening injuries.
