An outbreak of Salmonella Montevideo has been linked to pistachios produced by Wonderful Pistachios, according to the CDC. To date, there are 11 people sickened in 9 states. In response, the company issued a recall of some of its pistachio products sold under the following brands: Wonderful, Paramount Farms and Trader Joe’s. The products, which were distributed through several retailers nationwide and Canada, can be identified by a 13-digit lot code number that can be found on the lower back or bottom panel of the package. The specific products and lot codes are:
