Man Dies in Mesa, AZ House Fire

A Mesa, AZ man died Saturday, October 1 after his home was engulfed in flames. Three other people who were in the house, located in 3500 block of East Dragoon Avenue, at the time of the fire were able to escape unharmed. But Manuel Anthony Garcia, 53, was trapped in a room at the back of the home.

Firefighters ripped the window frame off the exterior of the home to get to Garcia,  but when they reached him, it was too late. An investigation is ongoing, foul play is not suspected. A GoFundMe site has been set up for the family.

Fire and explosion lawsuits are extremely complex. Pritzker Hageman has a track record of uncovering evidence that implicates companies not initially suspected to be at fault such as landlords, gas companies, heating, and air conditioning companies, manufacturers of defective products or contractors who recently performed work.
