Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the woman who died from injuries sustained in this crash.
On March 2, 2016, a box truck was traveling southbound on I-270 in Columbus. The truck went off the side of the road and hit a guardrail. The end of the truck then rotated back into the lanes of moving traffic on southbound I-270 and collided with a car.
That car, a Chevrolet Aveo, was wedged under the truck after the accident. The driver of the car, a woman from Meadows of Grove City, was trapped inside of the car with serious injuries. The driver of the truck was not hurt.
