Our law firm is pleased to announce that attorney Eric Hageman has been selected to the 2015 Minnesota Super Lawyers list. Each year, no more than 5% of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor.
In 2014-15, Eric achieved significant recoveries for his clients in several heavily-litigated catastrophic injury and wrongful-death cases, including in excess of $5 million in a case involving a motorcyclist who suffered an amputation injury after colliding with an unqualified truck driver and in excess of $4 million for a multiple wrongful-death case involving the negligent repair of a vehicle. Eric also represented the family of a 12-year old boy who drowned in a school swimming class, due to the teacher’s failure to properly supervise the pool, ultimately obtaining a $3 million recovery for the boy’s family.
