At the time of the recall, the company was unaware of any illnesses associated with the product. Symptoms of a Listeria infection include high fever, severe headache, stiff neck, other muscle stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. These symptoms can take as long as 70 days to develop, so consumers who ate the recalled cauliflower before the recall should monitor themselves for symptoms.

The recalled cauliflower was imported from China and packaged at Flagship Food Group’s facility in Eagle, Idaho.

Product information for the recalled cauliflower includes:

  • TJ Farms Select Cauliflower
  • 16 oz. packages
