Pelleh Poultry Listeria Recall

Pelleh Poultry Corp. of Swan Lake, NY has issued a Listeria recall for 708 pounds of ready-to-eat beef and chicken products. Consumers who have purchased these products should not eat them as Listeria can cause severe illness and death. Among pregnant women, Listeria can cause premature delivery, miscarriage, and stillbirth.

The recall includes dozens of products including beef bologna, chicken sausage, and duck confit packaged on various dates from October 25, 2023, through November 20, 2023.
