Oscar Mayer Turkey Bacon Original
- Produced from April 24, 2025, through June 11, 2025.
- 12-oz. vacuum-packed packages, (UPC) “071871548601”, “use by” dates ranging from “18 JUL 2025” to “02 AUG 2025,” and lot code “RS40.”
- 36-oz. packages containing three 12-oz. vacuum-packed packages, (UPC) “071871548748.” “use by” dates ranging from “23 JUL 2025” to “04 SEP 2025,” and lot codes “RS19,” “RS40,” or “RS42.”
- 48-oz. packages containing four 12-oz. vacuum-packed packages, UPC “071871548793, “use by” dates ranging from “18 JUL 2025” to “04 SEP 2025,” and lot codes “RS19,” “RS40,” or “RS42.”
- Sold at retail stores nationwide.

The company discovered the problem through its laboratory testing program.

Listeria Symptoms
Symptoms of Listeria infection may include:
- Severe headache
- Stiff neck
- Fever
- Muscle aches
- Nausea
- Fatigue
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Confusion
- Loss of balance
- Convulsions
Listeria symptoms usually start within two weeks of consuming contaminated food, but can begin as early as the same day or as late as 10 weeks after exposure. Pregnant women can suffer miscarriage or stillbirth even if they only have mild, flu-like symptoms.
