Tony Kennedy is an award-winning independent journalist who has more than 30 years of experience as a reporter for The Star Tribune, The Associated Press, Pritzker Hageman Law Firm and multiple daily newspapers.
His coverage of the judiciary, wrongful death litigation, mass torts and courtroom trials dates back to the $2.48 billion Dalkon Shield contraceptive case of the 1980s.
Tony’s investigations have ranged from natural gas pipeline explosions throughout the United States, to the disastrous collapse of the Interstate 35W bridge in Minneapolis and the 2002 plane crash that killed U.S. Sen. Paul Wellstone and seven others. He has written about sexual abuse of children and a pattern of crash coverups in the railroad industry.
