The incubation period for Listeria can be anywhere from 11-70 days. If you have eaten Bellville Meat Market ready-to-eat or smoked meat, you should watch for Listeria symptoms, including fever, muscle aches, diarrhea, headache, loss of balance and confusion. If you have leftovers, do not throw them away until the incubation period is over, ten weeks after consumption.
