Personal Injury and Wrongful Death

Unsafe Medical Products:
Attorneys for Investigation and Lawsuit

Pritzker Olsen attorneys represent people who have been injured by unsafe medicines. They have won millions, including several multi-million-dollar recoveries.

Our law firm has recently won millions on behalf of a group of people injured by a medical product. The cases went into multidistrict litigation (MDL), a procedure similar to a class action lawsuit. With MDL, the pretrial procedures are consolidated but the cases retain their individual nature and are taken to trial separately. Because of our experience and the large number of people we were representing, Pritzker Olsen attorney David Szerlag was named to the MDL panel.

The following are medical products our law firm is investigating:

Yaz Lawsuit
Yaz lawsuits are in MDL. If you have had a stroke, heart attack, embolism, deep vein thrombosis or gallbladder problems, we would like to talk with you. The MDL is like a class action lawsuit, Yaz.

Yasmin Lawsuit
Yasmin lawsuits are in MDL. According to the complaints, Yasmin allegedly contains a diuretic, drospirenone, which blocks the hormone aldosterone and causes dehydration from increased potassium secretion and increased absorption of sodium. MDL is like a Yasmin class action lawsuit,

Zicam Lawsuit
Attorney Elliot Olsen is the lead attorney for our many Zicam cases. These cases are also in MDL. Read Zicam smell loss lawsuit information. Several class action lawsuits have been filed. Read Zicam class action lawsuit information. Also, read about the Zicam recall.
