ATV Rollover
If you have been injured in an ATV rollover, here are some things to consider:
- Do not have the ATV repaired until you contact an attorney.
- Save or retain any documents you received when you bought the ATV that was involved in the rollover. Those documents are evidence and may be used to prove “failure to warn”.
- Write down as much information about the ATV involved in the rollover as possible, including the model name and number, place and date of purchase and serial number. Store it in a safe place and do not modify or change it.
- Obtain the name, address and telephone number of any witnesses.
- Do not discuss the ATV rollover case with anyone and do not give any written or recorded statements about your ATV accident. It is critically important to contact an attorney as soon as possible.
