Attorney Eric Hageman Given Leadership Position

Attorney Eric Hageman, was appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in multidistrict litigation (MDL) over accidents involving certain vehicles. The committee oversaw the pre-trial litigation of federal lawsuits. This litigation has come to completion.

The decision by U.S. District Court Judge Jennifer B. Coffman of the Western District of Kentucky to appoint Mr. Hageman reinforces Pritzker Olsen’s leadership position in the complex litigation.

Attorney Eric Hageman has significant litigation experience in state and federal courts. He has successfully tried numerous cases to juries in his career and has successfully argued appeals at both the state and federal level.
