Fred Pritzker, a partner at Pritzker Olsen in Minneapolis with about a dozen Yamaha Rhino cases, said accident reconstructions and expert testimony clearly point to faulty design.

"Look, if Yamaha didn't know they had a problem they wouldn't be putting on extra stickers and giving away free retrofitted doors on the thing," he charged.

"The cases we're handling are ones in which nobody is doing anything irresponsibly, they're not going too fast, they're on level ground, not turning hard. They still roll over and because of the lack of restraint systems they're subjected to these incredibly horrendous injuries," he said.

Attorney Fred Pritzker was also interviewed by NBC affiliate KSBY regarding the death of a 12-year-old girl in California and Yamaha Rhino rollover accidents.
