Whittier Farms Wrongful Death - Listeria Deaths Linked to Whittier Farms Milk
The Listeria outbreak linked to Whittier Farms milk has claimed the lives of 3 elderly men and an unborn baby. We have had extensive experience representing families in Listeria miscarriage and Listeria wrongful death cases. The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH) investigation into this outbreak used genetic fingerprinting tests to connect the deaths with Whittier Farms milk. The outbreak strain of Listeria monocytogenes has been found in samples obtained from those sickened, milk found at a victim's home, and several samples of milk found at the Whittier Farms processing plant. These results can be used as evidence in a Whittier Farms lawsuit.
