Nevada Food Poisoning Victim Files Salmonella Lawsuit

White Pepper RecallFood safety law firm Pritzker Olsen Attorneys filed a suit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada on behalf of Shirley Shultz, one of the victims of the Salmonella outbreak associated with spices manufactured by Union International Food Company. Ms. Shultz’s attorney, Eric Hageman of Pritzker Olsen, said, “Food safety has to be a much, much higher priority than it seems to be for too many companies.  There is simply no way this product ever should have left the manufacturer. Our lawsuit aims to get to the bottom of this, so that outbreaks like this don’t keep happening.”
