Jennie-O Salmonella Outbreak Lawsuit
Our attorneys have won millions for people sickened by turkey products. They are now investigating a Salmonella outbreak linked to Jennie-O turkey burgers sold at Sam's Club stores. Our law firm represents Salmonella victims nationwide.
Our Salmonella lawyers are investigating this outbreak and are available for a free consultation.
Illnesses began in December 2010. Working in conjunction with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and state public health partners, FSIS determined that victims specifically reported eating this product prior to illness onset and hospitalization.
As a result of the epidemiologic investigation, FSIS determined that there is a link between Jennie-O ground turkey products and this salmonelllosis outbreak. In response to this outbreak, Jennie-O Turkey Store, a Minnesota company, recalled 54,960 pounds of frozen, raw turkey burger products that may be contaminated with Salmonella. Read about the Jennie-O recall.
