  34. Traumatic Brain Injury -( Farm-Implement/Automobile Crash) - $1,225,666 on behalf of a 50 year-old female who suffered a severe traumatic brain injury when the vehicle she was operating was struck by a farm sprayer that failed to stop at a rural intersection.
  35. Foodborne Illness - $1,200,000 on behalf of a 51 year-old woman who developed an E. coli infection as a result of eating adulterated hamburger. The resulting abdominal damage required extensive surgery and caused partial loss of bowel function.
