OSCEOLA COUNTY, FLORIDA: A mother and her 2-year-old child were killed when the trailer portion of a semi-truck flipped over and crushed their pickup. The woman and her son were just sitting at the corner waiting to turn onto State Road 60 when the semi took the corner too fast, flipping the trailer onto the pickup truck.

Greenville, PA: Teen Killed When Semi Truck Ran Stop Sign

VERNON & SUMMIT ROADS: A semi truck ran a stop sign in Mercer County. A 17-year-old boy died in the accident and at least one other person is in intensive care. Reportedly, the driver of the semi truck admitted that he did not stop at the stop sign. He said he could not see because the sun was in his eyes. The teen has been identified as James Saxion.

Semi Hits "Cool Breeze" Bicyclists on Hwy 101

VENTURA, CA — A semi truck hit two female bicyclists participating in the 2010 Cool Breeze bicycle ride Saturday. The rear, right section of the trailer struck one of the cyclists causing her to hit the other. The two riders, both from Gilbert, AZ, were taken to Ventura County Medical Center, one by rescue helicopter. One woman had a broken leg and the other one sustained a head injury and a broken wrist and hand.

Woman Killed When Her Ford Focus Was Rear Ended by a Semi Pulling Three Trailers

SHALERSVILLE TOWNSHIP, OHIO — The driver of a Ford Focus was killed on the Ohio Turnpike near mile marker 190.5 when her car was rear ended by a tractor trailer hauling three box trailers near Shallerville Township. It triggered an eight-car pile-up involving 3 semi trucks and 5 personal vehicles.

Passenger Killed When Car Rear Ended By Semi on I-94 Berrien County, Michigan

One person was killed when a semi failed to slow down for traffic congestion and rear ended a car on I-94 and Park Road near Coloma, Berrien County, Michigan. Michigan State Police said a car was heading east when it slowed for traffic. The semi truck behind the car did not slow and rear ended the vehicle. The semi and car rolled over and become entangled in the median barrier cables. Fred Reinhardt Jr., 68, died at the scene.

Hwy 16 Ixonia, WI Fatal Motorcycle Crash with Semi

A motorcyclist was killed in a crash with a semi truck on Highway 16 at Hustisford Road, near Ixonia, Wisconsin. The semi was traveling westbound on Highway 16. He did a U-turn in front of a westbound motorcycle causing a crash. The motorcyclist, Craig R. Conway, 57, was pronounced dead at the scene by Jefferson County Coroner's Office.

E coli Cases Linked to Northwestern Michigan Fair

Three cases of E coli have been reported to the Grand Traverse County Health Department. The E coli cases are being linked to the Northwestern Michigan Fair in Grand Traverse County. All three cases of shiga toxin producing E coli involve children between the ages of 5 and 15.

Camper Trailer Hit by a Semi on I-70 Summit County, CO

A semi truck hit a Ford Explorer pulling a camper trailer that was westbound on Interstate 70 near the Eisenhower Tunnel. The impact caused the vehicle and camper to rollover multiple times. John and Nancy Newman had to be removed from their vehicle with the Jaws of Life. John suffered two breaks in his neck, Nancy severe whiplash and one of their dogs died from a broken back.

Semi Hit Car in Winnebago County, Iowa

A semi hit a car Wednesday morning northwest of Lake Mills, Iowa. The semi - car accident happened at the intersection of 480th Street and 130th Avenue. Mercy Life Flight was called to the accident. The Winnebago County Sheriff's Office confirms that one person was killed in the crash. The accident is still under investigation.

"Lost Load" Accident Attorney

A fatal crash on Hwy 14 west of Owatonna, Minnesota. A masonry brick flew off a truck bed and went through the windshield of a minivan. The brick struck and killed Steven K. Batt, who was in the passenger seat. The driver of the minivan was not injured. The brick was not securely strapped down. The Northstar Stone and Masonry truck was being driven by Darrell W. Jensen of Medford.

Semi Passenger Killed in Inattentive Driver Truck Accident

Multi-vehicle crash closed Interstate 70 in Madison County, Illinois, near Highland. Illinois State Police stated that the driver of a semi truck slammed into a line of traffic stopped for an earlier accident. The semi cab burst into flames. The driver and his passenger, William T. Burleson, 23, of Greensburg, Indiana, died in the fire.
