What is Anaphylaxis?
Anaphylaxis is a rare but potentially life-threatening allergic reaction. Anaphylactic reactions are most commonly related to drug or food allergies or insect stings/bites, according to the National Institutes of Health. - Drop in blood pressure and paleness
- Loss of consciousness, collapse
The most serious complications include: airway blockage, respiratory arrest (no breathing), cardiac arrest and anaphylactic shock.
