Fralo's Art of Pizza, located at Interstate 10 and Boerne Stage Road, was shut down by the San Antonio Metro Health Department for four days due to E. coli contaminated water supply. E. coli O145 HUS cases at Roy C. Ketcham (RCK) High School,
John Jay High School, Wappingers Junior High School and Van Wyck Middle School

Students at four Wappingers Central School District schools have contracted E. coli O145 infections after consuming romain lettuce in the school cafeterias. The lettuce was supplied to the New York school district by Freshway Foods of Sidney, Ohio.

Applebees Lawsuit

The Michigan Department of Community Health (MDCH) has associated 26 cases of E. coli O157:H7 with bagged, industrial-sized packages of iceberg lettuce sold through wholesale venues (Aunt Mid's lawsuit) to restaurants and institutions (University of Michigan and MSU E. coli lawsuit).

California E. coli
A California E. coli outbreak has sickened attendees of the BBQ Benefit in Forest Ranch, California. Health officials have determined that contaminated beef tri-tip was the source of the outbreak.

Oklahoma Restaurant E. coli Food Poisoning
An Oklahoma E. coli outbreak may have sickened over 300 people. One person has died (E. coli wrongful death). The Oklahoma State Department of Health has reported that a majority of the people sickened ate at the Country Cottage, a Locust Grove restaurant. Read Country Cottage lawsuit information.

Georgia E. coli, Barbecue Pit Lawsuit and Nebraska Beef, Ltd. Lawsuit.
An E. coli outbreak in Georgia has been linked to the Barbecue Pit in Moultrie, Georgia. Our lawyers are representing 3 Georgia E. coli victims, including one with TTP-HUS. Epidemiological evidence indicates that those sickened ate the roast beef at a private event at a Sarpy County reception hall on March 26, 2008. El Rancherito E. coli Cases

E. coli Outbreak Linked to Little Rosie's Taqueria

E. coli Outbreak Linked to Hoss's Steak and Sea Restaurants and Recalled Beef

Souplantation E. coli Outbreak
California health officials have stated that seven people who ate at Souplantation in southern Orange County have contracted E. coli infections. Three of them were hospitalized.
