Castleberry's Food Co. has recalled over 90 products that may be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum, the bacterium that causes botulism. The CDC has confirmed 4 cases of botulism poisoning associated with these products. Others have reported illness, and health officials in California, Hawaii, Georgia, and New Mexico are investigating cases of serious illness that may be related to the recalled products.
