How to Prove Driver Negligence

The driver had a duty
The driver breached that duty

Duties of a Driver

- Not to drive drunk (Minnesota Statute, Section 169A)
- General driving rules (Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 169.18) - primarily passing rules
