Yamaha Rhino Lawsuits Update

"We are representing several people seriously injured in Yamaha Rhino rollovers," stated Mr. Hageman. "Most of these cases involve crushed hands, arms, legs and feet. We allege that the design of the Yamaha Rhino ATV involved in the accident was a bad design that allowed rollovers on flat surfaces while the Rhinos were traveling at slow speeds."

Consolidation of Yamaha Rhino Lawsuits in MDL Benefits Victims

The Yamaha Rhino lawsuits were consolidated in MDL instead of in a class action lawsuit because MDL allows for more personal represention. With MDL, the pre-trial preparation is consolidated, but each claimant has the opportunity to obtain a separate settlement or jury verdict.

"MDL will streamline the Yamaha Rhino lawsuits and should result in victims being compensated for their injuries as quickly as possible," explained Mr. Hageman. "We prefer MDL over class action because we want each person injured to have the right to their own day in court. This allows each client to obtain a compensation package that will meet the client's needs and fully and adequately compensate the client for all physical and emotional inuries and financial losses."
