A motorcyclist was killed in a crash with a semi on Highway 16 at Hustisford Road, near Ixonia, Wisconsin.

According to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office press release, the semi truck driven by (Jeremy) Michael Pearce, 39, of Mayesville, South Carolina was traveling westbound on Highway 16 when he decided to do a U-turn. He did the U-turn in front of a westbound motorcycle being driven by Craig R. Conway, 57, of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin causing a crash.

Craig R. Conway was pronounced dead at the scene by Jefferson County Coroner's Office. The crash is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Department Major Accident Investigation Team.
