Rear Ended by Semi on I-94

One person was killed when a semi truck failed to slow down for traffic congestion and rear ended a car. There had been an earlier accident that caused the back up in traffic.

The car was heading east bound on I-94 when it slowed for traffic; but the semi truck behind the car did not slow and rear ended the vehicle. The semi and car rolled over and became entangled in the median barrier cables.

A rear-seat passenger in the car and was pinned in the vehicle. He died at the scene.
