Who We Are

Our Mission Statement: To help injured people get on with the rest of their lives by obtaining justice, fair compensation, and holding accountable those who caused them harm.

We are a national law firm, and attorneys at our firm have been interviewed by The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Associated Press, CNN, CBS News, Fox News and others.

We represent injured people in claims involving foodborne illness, wrongful death, product liability, medical malpractice, transportation negligence and fires and explosions. Attorneys Fred Pritzker, Elliot Olsen and Eric Hageman have been named "Super Lawyers" by Minnesota Law & Politics. Fred Pritzker is listed in the current issues of The Best Lawyers in America, is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, is a certified Civil Trial Specialists by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and has been elected to the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocacy.

Attorney Fred Pritzker Attorney Fred Pritzker

"I've represented thousands of people in injury and wrongful death cases. Clients want to be treated with dignity and respect. They want an experienced lawyer; someone to guide them through a difficult time. I think we do that about as well as it can be done."
Attorney Elliot Olsen Attorney Elliot Olsen

"For all of us, we think about our clients first. Most people aren't able to get good settlements on their own. When clients put their cases in our hands, we dig in, find out the full story and work to get them the compensation they deserve."
Attorney Renee Pritzker Attorney Renee Pritzker

"I used to practice in a huge law firm. What I like about this firm is that we're small enough to really get to know our clients. For some people, an injury is the worst thing they'll ever experience. We help people get on with their lives. That's a lawyer's highest calling."
Attorney Eric Hageman Attorney Eric Hageman

I love the different sides of being a plaintiff’s lawyer; helping injured people obtain justice; and, also, forcing people or companies to be accountable for their actions.  Helping people achieve justice is obviously the biggest motivator in this profession and it’s why I became a plaintiff’s lawyer in the first place.
Attorney David Szerlag Attorney David Szerlag

"Many of my cases are against manufacturers who sell unsafe products. I may be David taking on Goliath, but I have been doing this long enough that I cannot be intimidated. My years as a firefighter also prepared me to face challenges fearlessly."
Attorney Brendan Flaherty Attorney Brendan Flaherty

“We know how to listen. That’s always the first step. Injured people know what they need. They might not know the law or the right term for it, but they have a real sense of what’s fair. Our job is to make sure our clients get the justice they deserve.”
Ryan Osterholm Attorney Ryan Osterholm

“Foodborne illness cases can be devastating to victims and families. Someone needs to be there for those victims and their families, to make sure they’re fairly compensated for pain and suffering that is not their fault. Parents should not have to worry about whether their children’s food is safe.”

What We Believe

Our professional lives are dedicated to upholding the constitutional rights of our clients. We believe that wrongdoers should be held accountable for the harms and losses they cause and injury victims should be fairly compensated for the damages they sustain. The firm motto summarizes our commitment, Justice for Injured People.

What We Can Do for You

We give you confidence and peace of mind. Once we accept responsibility for your case, you don’t have to worry about what to do, what to say and who to say it to. We lift the burden off your shoulders. We protect your rights, answer your questions, and provide you with a road map for what you can expect in the future. Breathe deep. We’re with you every step of the way.
