Fred H. Pritzker is a nationally recognized lawyer with over thirty years of experience representing individuals and families in personal injury and wrongful death claims. Mr. Pritzker obtained his B.A. with honors from Northwestern University in 1972 and his J.D. cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1976.

Mr. Pritzker is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has also achieved status as a Certified Civil Advocate from the National Board of Trial Advocacy and a Certified Trial Specialist from the Minnesota State Bar Association. Mr. Pritzker has also been selected for inclusion in the current edition of The Best Lawyers in America and was named a "Super Lawyer" by Minnesota Super Lawyers magazine in 2011. He has the distinction of being named a "Super Lawyer" every year since the inception of the award. For many of those years, including 2011, he was voted one of the Top 100 Super Lawyers in MN.

He is a former president of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association and a former governor of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Fred Pritzker is an avid bicyclist, runner and outdoorsman. He is also the National President of the Angelman Syndrome Foundation, a national organization that educates parents and the public about Angelman Syndrome (AS), a relatively rare genetic disorder that affects the nervous system.

Fred also supports the Highland Friendship Club, a local organization that promotes social and recreational activities for young adults with disabilities. The firm sponsors an annual fundraising event at a local bowling alley that benefits the club. This year the event featured Joe Mauer of the Minnesota Twins.

$2,469,339 Wrongful Death Verdict

Attorneys Fred Pritzker and Eric Hageman won a $2,469,339 verdict for the family of a woman who was killed while riding her bicycle in a bike lane in Minneapolis, MN. After an 8-day trial, the jury found the tractor-trailer driver at fault for the accident.

$2,750,000 Head Injury Settlement

Attorneys Fred Pritzker and Elliot Olsen obtained a $2,750,000 recovery for a 59 year-old truck driver who suffered a traumatic brain injury (TBI), the loss of his left eye and significant disfigurement when the tow chain being used to pull the man’s semi tractor-trailer out of a ditch broke loose from a front-end loader to which it was attached.
